I injected 1 cc into my lower stomach with a insulin pin, it hurt.. is there any other way to take kyno other than injection???

Nope. You've gotta inject it. Should be less painful if you shoot it IM, but it still leaves me bumpy.

I personally don't believe there is any advantage in increasing fat loss by injecting directly into the fat. It takes days before the kyno fluid dissipates from the injection site.

I have found it to be least painful for me injecting into the pec.

I did the same, 2 injections on either side of my bellybutton and was it ever painful and also left lumps. When I decided I was not getting any results I stopped and it took about 4 months for the damn lumps to go away and now I have dents on both sides of my bellybutton, but I do have a little fat there too. Just a personal experience not everybody is the same. It did not work for me.

i injected intramuscular into my upper thighs switching left and right leg each time i had a shot. My legs have grown, carnt get in my trousers and put on 9lbs in 4 weeks! Mad stuff dont know how long you are meant to be on it for though. Any suggestions how long you should stay on it for as i was just playing it by ear!!

Shoot kyno in your rear delts with a 25g 5/8" pin, it will not hurt.
