I'm 21 years of age, and have been lifting for about 6 years(off and on, I've always played sports and right now my new passion is rugby). I'm 6"4 around 220 but my body fat has never been below 10%, I have no prob gaining size and strength but I have never achieved the look I wanted. I'm genetically pre-desposed to store fat evenly over my body if I was a fat guy I'd be apple shaped, not pear shaped. I want to put on 15 pounds of muscle(keep in mind I'm a big framed guy) and have a six pack. Injections don't scare me, I'd rather inject that risk dammage to my liver. The cycle I'm think about taking is similar to one I saw on the ironman website. I'd like to take winstrol depot and test for 8 weeks...is this a good stack for a beginner? I want to loose fat while putting on a few pounds. The fat loss is the primary goal, but I need the muscle and strength for rugby. So if this is the way to go what dosages do you guys recomend and what should I do for post cycle? I havn't bought anything yet. Thanks!
