2-a-Days

I'm a rooky around here...only one post so far. Anyway, it seems like everything I read now days suggest having more off days in your training splits. Has anyone done them? If so, what kinds of results did you get? Does anyone do 2-a-days anymore? I have been interested in trying them since I first read about them in Arnold's book YEARS ago, but never had the time. Thanks.
 
I do two a days every once and a while to shock my muscles. I will do one body part in the mornin and another in the evening. I will not do this training for a long period of time. My muscles don't grow if I do it all the time. But that is just me. It may work for you. IMO just try and see.
 
Thanks ucadaddy. That was what I had in mind...to hit the weights in the morning and in the evening, but for a limited amount of time. I am afraid that doing too long would be counter productive. Seems like the shock to the muscles could stimulate some growth in a relatively short period of time.

How long have you done it in one shot...a few weeks?
