I figured out that if you incline the leg press seat more it helps you press more weight because your quads press into your torso like your being squished. I can use much more weight when I do it like this.
But if I decline the seat back, your quads dont touch your torso making the leg press way harder, more like a squat. You use less weight but its harder.
Which way is better for gaining strength? I hope you understand this guys. If I could show you, it would be easier to understand.
