I'm not liking what's going on with my mind.

I feel out of it. 100 mg enan weekly, felt peak, took .5mg ai and leveled out. Next injection sane thing but no a.i. Going nuts. Finally got a.i but I just got these silent migraines all day and I still feel weird.

I'm getting blood results tomorrow to see what's out of whack.

I have an appt with an endo on the 15th.

Will total t be affected by my trt since I'm two weeks in? What would the numbers mean?

If I stop injecting until the 15th, will I reboot back to base line?

How long will it be till my mind stabilizes?

Love u guys

It sounds to me like you are taking too much AI. You should just keep taking your test injections. Some guys don't need an AI on that dose of test. Don't take an AI until you have blood work showing that your estradiol is elevated.

It can often take a good six weeks for the test to kick in. And remember that your natty T is in the process of shutting down.

You could look at injecting 50mg every 3.5 days instead. That would help even your hormones out and further reduce the likelihood that you will need to use an AI.

Relax and give it time to work.

My e2 is bottomed out at a level of <5.1 on a range from 7.6-42.6. Test is at 619 on a range from 348-1197 so that is good.

My e2 prior to injections was a 9.2. I just don't understand. I could of sworn I felt better taking an ai two days after the first injection. If felt like I was on caffeine, like I couldn't calm down. Lh prior was 4.3 on a scale of 1.6-7.6 and fsh 5.2 on a scale of 1.5-12.4and now 0.3 and 0.6

Where do I go from here? I'm kind of scared to inject cuz I'm kinda leveling out now. Is it cuz the half life of the ai? I took it three days ago. How long till my e2 rises again? Anything I can do to speed up to process?

My left nipple is getting a tingly feeling every now and then, why is this? I though high e2 did this? I got nothing. Would a lump prior or mass on that area be the culprit? Or is it hormone related?

It takes longer than a week of TRT to bring your E2 up. Don't take any AI until you have blood work showing it is above the normal range. Most guys like their E2 to be in the 20-40 range. Also note that the regular estradiol assay (which is the one you got) is often overstated by 10-20 points when compared to the Sensitive Assay.

You LH and FSH are supposed to be moving close to 0. You are taking exogenous test now. What you are seeing there is that your natural test production is being shut down. Your pituitary is not sending the LH signal to your testicles to make more test because your body already has enough.

HCG would help bring your E2 up faster. But give it a week or two on just your tst injections and you will see it come back up on its own.

You left niple may hurt because your E2 is so low. You may already have some gyno (Perhaps pubertal) and it hurts because it is being starved of estrogen. Just a theory.

This Hormone stuff is complicated. You can't always make knee jerk reactions to everything.

My next appt is the 11th for blood, and the 15th for endo. Considering I was feeling way to out of it on 100mg injection, would u recommend I wait till my appt or lower the dose?

If It comes down and we end up doing a restart, should I still continue injections or come off? that's the last part I'm stuck on. I'm already screwed with low e2, so to counter it I got to inject and stay off ai. However if I want to restart, don't I gotta be base line again?

Thanks for putting up with me, I'm very out of it.

Hello,

What was your tT before starting the TRT?

If you want to do a restart that could sometimes help! Talk to your endocrinologist about this possibility and an estimate of success rate. Did you get an initial diagnosis?
