20 yes old 6'1" 170 lbs considering test e cycle

Food bro that's what you need wait a few more years till you get on gear. You run a high risk of messing your body up since you're still in fact growing. In the mean time continue to research and learn as much as possible so when the time comes for you to do a cycle you have it perfectly laid out. Hang around here and read all the stickeys they'll help a lot with planning your cycle. We tell you to wait because we don't want you to permanently mess up your body, we're only looking out for you. I know this isn't what you wanted to hear but it's the truth.
 
You really should have listed your workout history and numerous other stats for this site to even consider recommending aas to you. Its not a magic pill, without the foundation of good diet and training you are waisting your time and health.

Just my opinion.
 
i second that aswell jfox im nearly 22 6 foot my self and i ate my way to 200pound naturally so the op can defo do it ..try and eat clean aswell hardgainer like veg lean meats no proccesed shit and dont try and eat loads of junk food cause u will go fat it will take time but it can be done then when your hittin 190 200 pound then consider gear mate
 
Yeah I've done a shyt load of research and I kinda already knew you guys wouldn't advice it due to my age. It's just so frustrating being the skinny. A year and a half ago almost 2 I was weighing 150ish. I have always been lean and mean and strong. All through school I played football and soccer. At 150 all my focus was on training. Day in day in pumping iron until I did further research that opened my eyes . It's 80% diet and 20 training right? Well what a surprise. I was burning more calories than I was consuming . So I started eating every 2 hrs . The same meal over and over. One turkey breast and ham sandwhich with lettuce tomatoes cheese, 1 string cheese, 10 bby carrots, 3 hard boiled eggs and for desert a peanut butter banana and honey sandwhich and nothing but water. Although boring this diet is cost effective and i have 30 meals zipped up in my refridgerator ready to go And that is how I got to where I am today, however I have seem to plateaud which is why Ive been considering these test cycle. Haven't recently checked my body fat but I have little fat . Everything on my frame is muscle
 
I was 6'2'' 173 bro.... skinny as heck, thinking about test E but i got the same advice.... best advice i could have gotten. Im 6'2'' 223 pds, have 4 years training so i know the do's and donts. Also through those years i found out what supplements work for me and which ones are garbage. Youve only tried massgainers? anything else? Mass gainers did shit for me, i enjoyed eating a whole delicious chicken and a Rib Eye steak instead of a mass gainer. More protein, healthier fats and none of the sugar and carbs. LEARN first bro, if not, youre gonna waste hundreds on AAS to get the same gains you would doing it naturally.... work for those noob gains... trust me
 
If you did a shitload of research you would know that aas won't help you gain weight if you can't gain any without it.

You gotta eat more or wait for your metabolism to go down.

You're bigger than me when I was your age! Shoveling food down is not how you gain. You need to find out what your total daily energy expenditure is. This is the number of calories you burn in a typical day, based on your level of activity. Once you have this magic number, you'll need to go into a caloric increase of at least 500 calories or more. That's the easy part, the hard part is minding your macronutrients (fats/carbs/protein), where you'd split those into a ratio that would encourage growth in a healthy matter. If you eat below your daily expenditure, you will never gain an ounce.

Dieting is not easy, as a matter of fact, it's the single most difficult part of growth or fat-loss. But it's only hard in the initial stages, once you get on a solid plan, it becomes the norm.

Note, as mentioned, AAS will do nothing if diet isnt fixed. It merely amplifies the effects of your nutritional plan, if your plan suffers, so will your results.
 
You have got some solid advice thus far. I will say that bodies are truly made in the kitchen man. You really need to get those calories up. Its not worth getting on steroids at your young age. You have a chance of screwing yourself up for a lifetime and trust me, you don't want to do that. I promise you can put on weight naturally, you just don't know how to do it yet. How many calories per day are you eating?? If you are eating lets say 4-5K calories per day and not gaining, then you need to try 6K calories. If that is not working then keep raising them. You seem like a hard gainer. Its more beneficial than being a person who puts on fat really easily. Lol. So I recommend you head to the diet forum and if you can, I woud invest in working with 3J in the diet forum. He will have you looking better than you can imagine. If you don't have the cash to spend (i assume you do since you want to cycle), then post your diet in there and have the knowledgeable fellas critique your diet for you. Hold off on steroids for a few years and I promise you will thank us one day.
 
yeah your definitely better off trying to get heavier with lots of good food and lots of training. until then do somme more research, you can never know too much. with that said atleast you came on and asked for advice. and atleast your proposed cycle was test-e and not tren plus oral-a and oral-b. but when you do decide to take aas don't forget your Aromatase inhibitor (AI), post cycle therapy (pct) and possibly Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) (opinionated). I'm 42 I work 6 day a wk and have a family do best I can with
Weights I push hard do all body parts compound etc
Change weight reps etc diet is pretty good 250 G protein
300 carb also try to cycle carbs' I know what you gonna say
More calories etc, I'm 42 and 80 kg and I can't be doing with excess
Weight around my waste its hard to shift, my gains are
Minimal as I guess a lot are in the same boat I've been reading
Up on dianabol was thinking about using it before I do summer
Holls etc but no nothing about it or what to take with it
Basically muscle was easy to pack on when I was younger
Just heart destroying sometimes work out hard with minimal gains
And just can't be doing with eating 3000-3550 cal aday
Just wana be a bit more muscular, any thoughts pls thanks
 
my advice would be to start your own thread. Eat more because if you cant gain weight with food aas wont help. don't do just dbol, you will cook your liver and have man tits. for your firstcycle, when your ready, id consider just test. and you didn't mention Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or post cycle therapy (pct) so your gunna be in for a world of hurt

Just my opinion mate, so take it with a grain of salt, compared to many of the reputable guys on here. Your almost a foot taller then me, and only 20lbs heavier then me. I am a bit higher in BF, but my mass is greater then yours. I'd say just lean bulk for a little while. It truely is all about diet. I used to be one of those IIFYM fuckers, eating what ever as long as I hit my macros. I switched my diet up a few months back, 1 1/2 months before my show, I saw a drastic increasement from just eating clean. Now I didn't wait till I hit my natural limit before getting on Test-E, most will say do this. But being on my 5th week of Test-E, I've seen the gains in the gym and on the scale. Could I've done this naturally? The weight gain for sure since I gain of eating grass, sarcasm right there. But just with the Test-E alone, in 1 month all my lifts have gone up 10-30lbs (depending on exercise). If you really wish to do Test-E, do your research please, I did over 6 months of research until I felt like I can do this game safely in a thought out process. But my tip is just try this measure for a month maybe two, and see if this helps. This is my own schedule, eat 7-8 meals a day with 30-50 grams protein each meal. I split my carbs and fats, so its either a carb/pro or fat/pro meals. Which I only have 2 fat meals, 1s dinner and other is casein before bed. Eat whole foods, only use protein powder for Casein at night and Post workout, other times eat real foods. Lastly take some Fish Oil, Multi. I myself have B complex, BCAA's, Creatine, Glute, Beta-Aline but you don't have to worry bout those.
