250mg of deca in the shoulder, what do i do in so much pain?

23 gauge 1 inch long and yes i usually just do it in my glutes and i did it dead center of shoulder

i use a hot water bottle

just lay it on the area then massage it for a bit

helps me out alott

Yes, applying heat, i use a heating pad, helps with pip ALOT

I would think the chances of post injection pain are much higher with test, especially at 300mg/ml... deca is very rarely painful, if the deca injection site gave u pain u either nicked something going in (bruised the area) or the deca was made with too much alcohol, which is the cause of most pip

I'm currently rotating 6 injection sites (quads, glutes, delts), injecting 1ml test e (300mg)/1ml deca (300mg) eod and very seldom have any discomfort at all

does to much benzyl alcohol effect how good the gear is my deca is by Pharma labs and its 200mg/m i could switch to royal pharmaceutical 250/ml if needed i dont want bunk gear ya know, i do 500 mg deca a week and 600 mg test and my test is from royal. what would u reccomend i do ? or does the to much alcohol not matter because i dont mind a little extra pain on the first few pins

Dude I feel you. I pinned 150 mg's of prop, this last Saturday. Everything was fine until about an hour later when my bicep began to get sore. 10 hours later my bicep was in so much pain, I wanted to cry. I had to skip my workout the next day. I worked out today and it still fuckin hurts. It's alot better but fuck. I don't know why my bicep hurts when I pinned the delt. Not sure if i want to go back to the delt. The quads are cake for me.
