Good morning everyone, I do not want to make too long and boring of a post but at this point after my last endocrinologist visit I am looking for advise. Without going into too much detail, I've had a less than fulfilling life and never had the drive the my peers had. Doctors immediately diagnosed me with Depression, but I always knew that was not the issue. Finally, last year I went and had my T-Levels checked and though I do not remember the exact numbers the General Doctor determined I had normal-borderline T levels and placed me on 200 mg Test Cypionate shots every two weeks. I was finally able to get off all of the medications that had made me feel like a zombie and finally was starting to feel "NORMAL". It may sound corny, but I began to enjoy the little things in life had energy and a new-found life. He checked my levels ever so often and when my levels reached around 800 he took my off Testosterone and told me to come back in two months to get re-checked. After the two months, besides feeling like my old self and having little to no energy or drive for anything including a sexual life, the doctor found that my levels were now lower than when I had first started testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) and recommended me to an endocrinologist. The endo took more in depth details and the results can be seen in the attachments below, but in summary he said my Total Test was fine however my Free Test was borderline. He also mentioned that FSH/LH were borderline low and recommended an MRI to ensure there was nothing wrong with my Pituitary gland. Well, the MRI came up clean and he said that there is nothing he can do at this point because of my age, whereas if I was 40-50 he would put me back on bi-weekly shots no questions asked. I am beyond the point of frustration after knowing how effective the injections were after 6 months and I am now looking for any other explanations/solutions/recommendations to get my life back in order like I was when my levels were at a higher range. I really appreciate any advice as well as any suggestions. I am no Doctor but I have read time and time again that at my levels the normal male would feel like crap as I do. Thank you very much for taking the time to read and provide assistance and opinions on the matter at hand.

Also would like to point out I am 5'9 and around 153 lbs, I am not sure if my labs showed that but I would consider myself an active and healthy adult.

150 times read and no help? If my levels are normal in your opinion I'd like to hear that as well...Just really up a creek without a paddle at this point and trying to figure out what or how to go about the situation. Thanks for any responses or advice guys

seems the first doc had you on the right coarse, why he though he could pump you up and then rip the carpet out from under you is amazing, you should be on 100 to 150 mg per week.

Thank you bhrees, I am currently seeking out someone else to treat me as my first doctor stated he doesn't want to simply treat the symptoms but wants to get to the bottom of the issue at hand. I am extremely frustrated that I know how well I did feel and see this as a solution but being 26 it seems like doctor after doctor are leaning towards the conservative side vs treating my symptoms and actually helping me.

Both those doctors need their licenses taken away. Especially the first one. What did he think would happen? Guess he flunked biology and still got his medical license.

It looks like you need to be on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Those are some low levels. Just be aware the drawbacks of starting at your age, given your positive results though it sounds like an easy decision.

Oh it's a no brainer and I'm just glad that I'm reading the tests correctly. I actually found a t-replacement clinic about 25 minutes from me that were baffled by both doctors and said they would start me on 200mg a week and get levels back up but also are including 500 units HCG. I'm not familiar with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) but the only true downside is the clinic required you to visit weekly for shots and do not prescribe anything. So ill be paying 35-40 a week for meds that I could administer for $10 a month but at this point feeling good again is worth the extra cash. Are there any recommendations as far as finding a doc that treats low t without costing an arm and a leg ?

Since you've been to a wellness clinic, have you contacted IncreaseMyt? They're the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) guys for this board and have quite a few happy customers.
