2md cycle test400 and winstrol

dude if u dont know how many is recommended for a first cycle its because u havent done ANY research on what u are doing and taking , all of this information is EASILY and readily available on this website , spend a little time and do some of your own research then post back to us

Yes I have done research lol this is my second cycle my first was test400 only 2 ml a week for 10 weeks and tht worked a treat just wondering if to have more or less with having winstrol aswel 50 mg ev

i would still only go with about 600mg per week , if it worked good the first time , why change it , slight increases in dose and i wouldnt do more then 60mg oer day of wonstrol for 6 weeks , stuff sucks on the joints , literlly

Cheers and ino about the joints got milk thistle for liver and cod liver tabs for joints and plenty water lol cheers again for info
