i am having problems in the toilet.. number 2's are hurting really baddly.. i am not sure if its the tren or my diet.. anyone???

my temprature seem to be higher than normal..like i feel hot all the time

1) No Tren make colorated urine, by actiting on metabolite in kidnay filtration, i never heard, or seen, someone suffering from this anyway.

went to the pharmacy i am not drinking enough water with all the protien shakes.. its fixed now..

Haha i know what you mean about the toilet thing... The protein shakes do that, and its kinda a good thing. Its your body telling you to drink more god dam water!!!
 
If you would follow one of my advice. read the ingredient of the powder.

Whey-pro is not realy for guy in gear. you need slower protein. Caseinate-calcium is better.

no soya for you....

And a better advice, must be: don't take protein shake at all now. eat more protein from meals. add a meal a day for exemple, or 2 meals. right?

protein shakes are shit in the nutrition aspect, but there is times for whey protein and times for casein protein. if my man here is cutting maybe that casein protein is alright, but whey protein surely has it's role in bodybuilding.....it's a fabulous weight gaining tool and I advise all new bodybuilders to use it. Not casein protein
 
yes a nurse does my jabs.. she finds it funny that i come to her for a jab lol. and she knows its juice....
my diet was as follows
meal1 full serving Truemass (massgainer) 800 calories from aprox 80g carbs, 50g protien 20g fat.
meal2 home made sanwhich with about 150-200g meat.
meal3 another full serving of that shake
meal4 half chicken with pita bread
meal5 tuna

i've added oat meal to meal1 and apple to meal 3 to increase fibre and increased my water intake.. now i am ok with the toilet problem lol

i get aprrox 300g carbs 150-200g protien and maybe 80g fat.. 100 to be honest hahah

i actually prefer food.. but there are many reasons why i take protien shakes.
cheaper.. i cant be bothered making 5meals a day 2 is hard enough already lol.. and its just so much easier.

80% o my protein come from whey powder! and i think its bull shit when people say its not good or your should just eat more.

and being bodybuilding for first 3 years i went from 156lbs 5 7' "higher bf% in core area" to 190lbs and MUCH lower bf% and only reez i dont see abs very well is im bloated being in mid bulking.

thats somthing like 40lbs in 3 years . before i didnt take any whey protein or work out and ate mostly carbs potatos,pop,chocolat,chips,beans, rice and that stuff.

as long as you have your amount right
like eg. high protein, med-highcarb,modfat,
you can grow nicly if training is on point.
i say "fuk you" to all that say protein powders arnt good.
im an exp of soem one who get 70-80% of there protein daily JUST from powders.
and im growing just fine. i think meat is disgusting to eat dead carcusis of flesh i thinks its disterbing really but to each his own.

I also agree whey for bodybuilding i would ony use casin when cutting or right before bedtime but NOT as my day source.

i think i gained more weight.. will double check end of week 4 i am thinking once i stop my tren i will contine running prop 150mg eod and maybe add dainbols or something what do u guys think?
