2nd Cycle - Suggestions/Help Wanted

Hey guys

I'm just trying to plan my next cycle and figured i'd ask for your guys help, so far the plan is:

Sustanon 250- Weeks 1-10, 250mgs 2x per week

Anadrol 50- Weeks 1-6, 50-75mgs ED

Need help with a post cycle therapy (pct) and suggestions on Anadrol dosage.

Also, is Sus250 a good choice for a test, any other suggestions on a different testosterone?

sorry i forgot, stats- 22yrs, 5'10", 165lbs, under 10% bf

first cycle 10 weeks of test e at 500mgs per week with 75mgs of dbol for 4 weeks
