1st cycle was sust and tren ace was a great cycle and definitely saw huge amounts of gains... my second cycle is now sustanon 500mg a week and deca 400mg a week along side Armidex every day and Nolva and chlomid for pct after 2 weeks of the last shot. I weigh 176 now and trying to get to 190. My diet is clean and is high in protein more than anything. I eat 6 times a day morning eggs bacon and milk protein shake shortly after lunch is fish or chicken breasts, third meal is oatmeal and potato wedges before the gym another shake after gym and then followed by meats and another meal at nighttime like cereal or slow acting protein cottage cheese. Thinking of running deca for 12 weeks and sust for 16 any suggestions and or tips please and thanks
