I am just finishing up my 1st cycle.

37 yrs
6'
Start wt 185
Current wt 202

Cycle: 500mg of T cyp /wk
Had Adex on hand but didnt need it.
Used 250iu of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) but upped it to 500iu throughout cycle, stopping before PCT starts.
PCT will be Nolva 40/40/20/20
PCT starts in 10 days.

Next cycle will start October or November.

I want to do Test only for 2nd cycle.

Either 500mg/wk for 12 weeks again or go 14 wks instead.

or

600mg for 12 or 14 wks.

What do you guys think would be better?

If u recover properly then stick with 500 a week and you'll still make gains. Id do 500 for 14 weeks with E.
