Good work cooter. I think the effect that higher meal frequency would have on muscle retention is negligible though, but everyone is different. Some people are naturally more catabolic than others( ectomorphs) On my cut, i work out fasted and only ate twice a day. I got all my macros in perfect and my meals were extremely satisfying. I actually gained tons of strength on my cut and all my lifts went up. I've tried 6 times a day and that shit makes you neurotic, as much as you don't want to admit it. Any little thing can throw your plans off. Try it, do it right, you won't regret it, hell you might even like it![]()
1000k+, 100+g protein. You gotta be a beast to chomp through that food. I also got extra time to make the food extra tasty(i like to cook). Instead of eating microwave chicken breast with brown rice 6 times a day. Fuck that.
When I don't have the time that's what my meals look like. I usually prefer 3 or 4 meals though personally.
