After a series of rollercoaster rides trying to get dialed in using gels, I started injecting 100mg of Test Cyp a week on/about 22 Sep 2013. Things started feeling pretty good....energy, mood, overall sense of well-being was good. Libido could be a little higher but I'm not complaining and everything down below is working, though it seems to take a little more work to get the big "O" but again I'm not complaining. On the day before my shot I seem to start feeling just a tad lethargic but that could be in my head. On Dec 19th I went in for blood work...I should have been at my trough as I was on schedule to give myself a shot that evening. Went over the results with my PA and he indicated everything was looking good numbers wise. He didn't seem concerned about the lethargic feeling and the minor "O" issue and I didn't push it...like I said things are much better.
He did give me a slip with the numbers from my blood work...I just came across it again so that's why I'm posting now. As usual, the requested BW was the minimum for test. Below is what was printed on the sheet:
Test =577 ng/dL
Free Test = 104.1 pg/mL
Testosterone.Bioavailable, Serum or Plasma Quantitative 209.6 ng/dL
Sex Hormone Binding Globulin, Serum or Plasma Quantitative 24 nmo/dL
Albumin, Serum or Plasma Quantitative 4.4 g/dL
Yeah, that's it. They don't feel the need to check estrogen at my levels and I don't really feel like there's an issue there anyway. Any observations or comments on these numbers from the knowledgeable folks? With a 577 I know he's not going to up my dosage so is there anything I can do OTC that might bump up the libido a little? Is the slight difficulty with the "O" indicative of anything? I appreciate any feedback and insight.
