Very high value after 7 weeks

I been using nebido interval of 7 weeks for the last 8 months. I didn’t think it would go so high to be honesty but after 7 week from injection I did a blood test which show 54 nmol/L reference is 6-26 which it self is very low it was 8-30 a few years ago . 54nmol/L is almost 1600 ng/dl which I think is very high consider I’m not doing a cycle just to keep normal value.

So how long you think for it to drop to 25 ? Or 700ng/dl?

Everyone said nebido half life make it disappear quick but do not seem like it.
