TRT and Tren

I've never ran tren before, but I'm interested in giving it a go. I've been on TRT going on 6 years. Before TRT I've done a few cycles. First cycle was test only @ 500mg a week/12 weeks. Another test cycle @ 500mg for 14 weeks, then another cycle @ 750mg test for 12 weeks, dbol weeks 1-4 and avanar weeks 8-12. Each included PCT.

I'm currently on 200mg test c a week, each cc also contains .5mg of arimidex. Current Testosterone, Serum is >1500 (doesn't give an exact number, just says greater than 1500) and Estradiol is 26.6. Only thing that is a little high in my blood work in my RBC, which is 5.94 (normal range is 4.14 to 5.8).

I would like some feedback and suggestions on this....

Week 1-12: 200mg test c x2 a week (TRT test c & UGL test c)
Week 1-14: .5mg arimidex once a week (in addition to the .5mg with TRT test)
Week 1-12: .5cc/50mg tren a 3x a week
Week 1-4: 25mg Dbol & 25mg Drol 2x a day
Week 8-12: 20mg winstrol & 30mg anavar 3x a day

Here’s a more concise version of your cycle and recommendations:

Cycle Breakdown:

  1. Testosterone Cypionate: 200mg twice a week (TRT + UGL Test)
    • Keep it at 200mg/week. Monitor blood work, as your testosterone is already >1500.
  2. Arimidex: 0.5mg/week
    • Reduce to 0.25mg every other day or 0.5mg twice a week to prevent excessive estrogen suppression.
  3. Trenbolone Acetate: 50mg 3x a week (150mg/week)
    • Start with 30–40mg EOD to assess tolerance. Tren is potent, so start low.
  4. Dbol & Drol: 25mg each 2x a day for weeks 1-4
    • Choose one (preferably Dbol) to limit liver strain and run it for 4 weeks max.
  5. Winstrol & Anavar: 20mg Winstrol & 30mg Anavar 3x a day for weeks 8-12
    • Pick one oral (either Winstrol or Anavar) and limit to 4–6 weeks.

Adjustments:

  • Shorten Tren use to 8 weeks.
  • Monitor blood work regularly for estradiol, RBC, and liver function.
  • PCT: You don’t need full PCT since you’re on TRT, but Nolvadex (20mg/day for 2-4 weeks) post-cycle can help manage estrogen.

Conclusion:

This cycle can give great results but comes with significant side effects. Start with lower Tren and adjust based on how your body responds. Regular blood work is essential.
