Which test should be done for hypothyroidism....I can look to see if I have those blood panels as well.

So an endo would specialize in all this correct? I dont need to find a doctor and and endo....just a good endo?

I would think an endo can help you.

Okay thank you for all your help Megatron...going to find a credible Endo on Monday and hopefully get seen next week.

Do you think it is possible at all that there is some other underlying condition that was causing my Low T and the doctor misdiagnosed me as Primary? Maybe there is something causing all of this since all of my blood work is messed up. But now that I have been on TRT for 3 months I would think its going to mess up all the blood work for the new Doc to try to find the original problem. What a mess.

Possibly hypothyroidism. Hopefully your old doc ran good baseline labs before you started TRT. Either way, you'll get help.

What were your LH and FSH before you started TRT?

I think you have Secondary Hypogonadism. Low or Normal LH and FSH coupled with Low Testosterone indicates Secondary. High LH and FSH with Low T indicates Primary Hypogonadism.

It is possible to be a little of both. A combo of Primary and Secondary. That might be you.

Okay so I went and saw a Urologist. He looked at all of my lab work and basically said the same thing as the doctor. That some of the levels are off but they aren't so far off that they would change anything. To wait 2 to 3 months and recheck and reassess.

Sow what would you guys do?

Should I listen to the doc 100 percent and drop back to 80mg every 5 days. Or stay on the every 3.5 days?? How big of a difference will this make? If I choose to stay on the ever 3.5 days I am guessing I will have to just tell him I was doing ever 5 days next time I see him.

You need an endocrinologist, not a urologist. You should consider calling IMT. They would take good care of you.

The endocrine was the guy that told me to come off of it completely and see psychiatrist about my anxiety to try and fix low T.

Holy shit....the difference in talking to the guys at IMT vs other Docs I have dealt with. It is literally like talking with a friend vs someone that just looks at you like another client. Stayed on the phone with me for over 20 minutes and was the most help. They may be taking insurance in the near future and if that happens...no question..I will be with Todd over at IMT. Awesome company and made me feel a lot better about my current situation.
