I've been at game for 36 years this month in 1978 I got my first concrete set of wights and lifted that shit in every direction I could imagine. I knew nothing about eating or what a bench press was.

By 16 the "he's on steroids" comments poured in, it would be 25 more years until my first cycle. I've trained in several cities in every Foo Foo and Hardcore gym in my Northern State.

One thing I can can call over years of seeing, talking to and now sharing the juice experience is this:

The guys that start on single compound test only will be running lower mgs and still making gains years later. Of course there are exceptions to this rule, but the % that will burn out or being 2-3g's of gear are the guys that started out stacking.

This is not a race.

Cycle easy, eat big and train hard. Go slow and crawl before you run and in 20-30 years you'll be thankful.

Amen brotha. You nailed it. The guys that actually enjoy training hard are the ones that get to keep the gains. Hard work pays. It's a lesson our grandparents learned and seems to have been forgotten over time. Work Hard and reap the rewards. It's a great motto. I live by it.

Great posts vets. I'm 32, so not quite mid 40's, but I started at age 17, 6'3" 150 lbs and the addiction started.

Other than some 1-AD I abused at age 21, I was natural until Nov 2011. Test only cycle...being followed by.......a Test only cycle (starting PEA Test E 275 next week). :)

I loved the feeling of being "on." Too bad PCT/Clomid/Nolva wasn't too fun on the mind, but I'm better prepared for my longer Test cycle this go around.

In good news, my Test is VERY back to normal. Can "go" a couple times a day no probs and overall am the same hornball I always was lol. So the body does bounce back, but it sure isn't the same as being "on." ;)
