This is my 1st time posting here and is a little awkward for me. Im 35 but Ive put alot of work into my body and Im somewhat proud to have come to a point where Im at. After letting my althletic physique slip away for about 10 years I finally looked in the mirror and told myself that enough was enough.

The last few years have been on a fitness and nutrition journey that has taken me fromm 6'2" 245 lbs of fatass with 25% + bf to vaguely 10% 195 lbs and fairly muscular dude. I have recovered quite well. Went from a belt size 38 to a size 32. I tried all the fad diets untill I found what worked for me. (None of them) I wore out my left knee jogging, went through 2 rounds of p90x, and sustained multiple injuries through this time because I did not know how to take care of my body and did not know what I was doing. My calorie deficit was way to great. Catabolic for sure. I did not have the nutrients and calories to sustain what I was doing.

For about the last year I have been in the gym pushing myself with a building regimen. Wish I would have gone this route and figured out my currrent diet with some cardio mixed in from the very start. Well, on the bright side what I put myself through builds character. I am now at the gym 5 days a week 2.5 hours at a crack. I would do more If my schedule allowed. The past two months Ive noted tremendous change in strength and body composition. I have changed my diet to eating like crazy, a higher calorie, high protein, lower carb, lower fats and it is working out very well. Lots of Chicken and broccoli. LOTS. 10 lbs gain in the last 8 weeks and definitly much leaner and stronger.

My body has changed but now I feel its the right time to take my 1st cycle. I have been on and currently am on a strength and body building regimen. I have fallen in love with it. This will be my 1st time AAS. After study and consideration....... I plan on just 10 weeks of test-E with Nolvadex and clomid for anti estrogen and PCT. Its going to look like this......

test E - 500mg/wk for 10 weeks.

Nolvadex - For anti estrogen/gyno inhibitor
20mg/day weeks 1 - 15 (if i feel itchy or sore nipps Ill up the dosage till back to normal)

clomid - For PCT ( I feel after reading this is extremely important for me)
Will start 14 days after last test injection at week 10.
Day 1 - 300 mg
Day 2-11 100 mg
Day 12-21 mg

I think I have my base's covered ? Please be honest with me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. It would really be nice to talk to somebody that has experience knows what they are talking about. I dont know anybody that well at my gym, and honestly Im not comfortable discussing these things with anybody there. Im a member at a big high school gym that allows city residents to purchase an annual membership.

I would pick up an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) and save nolva for pct.. maybe extend your cycle to 12-14 weeks too...

ok, im not sure what this means ...... with the x/x/x/x ? im thinking clomid 50mg per day (4 weeks) ? yeah, im a noob.

Would I be injecting aromasin then ? I see it in liquid form, not in pill ? Everyday ? May be a dumb question but i just dont know.

Jimithing posted a great thread about estrogen and the body. Read this thread. This would give you a better idea of what to take and why. You dont want to completly kill your estro levels. Its best to keep them at a normal range.

ok.... this is what it looks like thanks to you guys..... just waiting for everything now, should have it all within a week.

Test E - 500mg/wk for 14 weeks.
Aromasin 6.25mg ed for 14 weeks.

clomid 50/50/50/50
Nolva 40/40/20/20

I took a risk with the brand of gear. I hope it isnt bunk. I wanted to start soon, and didnt know where to turn. Just did the most research I could and went out on a limb.

Metalhead, will do.

Im taking in around 230 grams protein maybe a little more. I have been trying to make that my main objective. It seems hard for me to get 2 grams per pound. I know this probably isnt the best way to go about things but damn, it seems I can only eat so much throughout the day I eat 4 serving of veggies, drink low sodium V8, eat about 4 very large chicken breasts and try to eat lean red meat. No soda, drink alot of water already, probably drink over a gallon a day

I drink about 2-3 protien shakes a day blend with 4 or 5 raw raw eggs and some ice with orange juice for post WO. I stay away from high fructose corn syrup , try and stay away from sugar ( I screw that up once in a while) I cut soda out I have maybe a few coke's a year...... only water. Eat wild rice and other complex carbs. (Uncle Bens) I have maybe a few coke's a year. Drink very little milk. Low dairy, but I do eat a piece of string cheese once a day, maybe a slice or 2 of part skim mozzerella. Usually an apple or an orange.

Im still dialing it in. I think its good ? Low carb, high protien, about 2500 calories. Going to really dial my calories in, just have to sit down and work on it. I gave up weighing out my portions and just kinda have an idea. I eat a cliff builder bar for breakfast with a cup of coffee and my vitapak. 4 scrambled eggs every morning. Snack on Jerkey.

Is that more than you needed to know ? lol. I am currently reading the book BFFM - Burn Fat feed muscle by Tom Venuto. My GF is also reading it, were getting more specific. I know how important that is. She is helping me with everything and knows about my new thing with AAS. She is supportive, she just wants me to be safe.

I also throw in two scoops of creatine monohydrate daily.

Its been extremely difficult to fit 400g protien into a 3000 cal low fat lower carb diet. How do you do it ? I need help in this area.
