Hey guys
I'm 6.2, 184, with maybe 10% bf and 37yo . I started gym at 15-16 yo and hit the gym hard for 2 years, never gear. I came from 160 to 180 with little bf. 2 years ago, after a long period without gym, I started P90X. The transformation was worth it! My cardio and core improve greatly, and I went close to were I was young. I continued to do sport, swimming, running etc. 8 mounth ago I started again a round of P90X, I start to hit the gym after. I made a complete check-up to the doctor. I'm ready to start a first cycle on Testosterone enanthate at 500mg, 2x250mg for 10 weeks with 4 weeks of pct (Novaldex) I have a ectomorph physiology, and it's hard for me to go after 190lbs. My goal is to keep an other 10-12 lbs after my cycle. I have a classic 4x time a week training at gym, and having 6-7 meals a day with 40-60 vege-animal protein intake, and a complete vitamins supplements with omega 3.
Any suggestion?
