The 'Ology Man Whore
For the past few weeks, I figured out i was eating 5000 calories to 6000 calories a day. My max has been 8100 calories. I finally seem to be holding the weight with these numbers.

This is what my max is:
Breakfast (6:00-9:00am)
2 Steak Egg & Cheese Bagles :1320calories
2 Bacon, Egg Cheese & Sausage Biscuits : 1000calories
1 20oz cup of Starbucks Coffee : 200calories
Calories Intake : 2520

Snack (10:00-11:00am)
5 Kellogs Strawberry Yogurt Granola Bars : 450 Calories
Coffee + Soda : 320 Calories
Calorie Intake : 770

Lunch (12:00-1:00pm)
15" Cousins Sub + Extra Cheese + Extra Mayo : 1500 calories
Coffee + Soda : 320
Calorie Intake : 1820

Snack (2:00-3:00pm)
5 Kellogs Strawberry Yogurt Granola Bars : 450 Calories
Coffee + Soda : 320 Calories
Calorie Intake : 770

Dinner (4:00-7:00pm)
2 Chicken Breasts + Potatoes + Green Beans : 800 calories
2 Sodas : 280
Calorie Intake: 1080

Snack (8:00-10:00pm)
5 packages of Ramen Noodles : 1150 calories
Calorie Intake : 1150

Grand Total : 8110 Calories
Drink 1-2 Gallons of water a day also... Yeah I piss practically every single hour.

I was losing 1-2 lbs a week on average even at 4000 calories. Now with 5000+ I can hold weight, even tho I am still burning off weight, but its in the .0 - .5lb range. Nothing drastic. Should I really be burning off weight like this? Or is this just what I was blessed with.

Or is there something I could take to slow down the metabolism rate, So i can actually pack on the weight. I have to eat dirty it seems to keep on the weight

I was working 2 jobs before that were pretty strenuous. But for the past few months its been office work. lol so nothing strenuous there. Pretty much sit at a desk an do a couple laps around the office for walking.
