In general i understood that you eat minimal carbs and you eat fat all day and on the weekends you load on carbs . This sounds easy but how exactly do i do this ? do i eat beef and steaks all day ? and on weekends i eat chicken , rice , pasta's , whole wheat etc. ?

So yeah, If you can please provide me with a diet with very simple foods .. nothing complicated to make .. i can follow that easily

Im also thinking of changing my workout routine to pure strength exercises .. like 5x5 or something .. i read that gaining muscle helps a lot with fat loss and strength workouts would be excellent.
