aright guys... here's my review of primordialperformance.com's maximum absorbing protein...

i ordered two flavors.. strawberry lemonade and lemon lime..


now i was skeptical about this stuff big time... ill list my issues

1. 11g per serving of protein i felt was not enough for pre/post workout
2. its casein

so i did some research, asked some questions, got some answers and here's what iv come to..

yes, MAP is casein, but its pre-digested casein.. this stuff hits you fast and absorbs much much better then whey.. i was shocked as to the research that back it up.. so i started taking it..

i couldn't just take it one days and write a review, so i decided to stay on it a coupla weeks and see how i felt..

i noticed my body recovered much better after my morning cardio with MAP..
with empty stomach am cardio, your body is in major need of amino acids after the fact. now its known that only a certain fraction of whey shakes get into your system (i think 3/4, if im not mistaken)..

since i get up in the morning, do cardio and go to the gym later in the day.. i could use all the help i can get with recovery... MAP seems to be the best choice..


now when members come to me about advice as to choosing a protein shake, i always tell them to mix up different types of protein sources.. usually lead them to products that have those different types of protein in them..

MAP is a great way to do this.. take your current shake and add a scoop of MAP to it, wallah! mixed protein blend!

this stuff is amazing, and i can see why its not regularly on the market, its not the cheapest of shakes.. but it beats all that bs non-sense shakes u get with bad ingredients in it..

MAP is all natural, no preservatives, no non-sense ingredients..

so its two thumbs up on MAP for all im concerned...

the only down side to this stuff is that its not the best of tasting shakes.. again, all natural, all good for you comes with a price... a price that's well worth it..

now i talked to rucker about the taste, and he said if you let it sit in cold water for about 5 min it helps alot.. he wasn't joking.. so make sure you do so if you can. im not saying it tastes like ass, it does have flavor.. its very much so doable.. but im picky about my tastes

Well this is exactly what I wanted to hear, and answers my question about mixing. I'm waiting on 2 of my own containers. I'll be mixing in the AM with my whey and oatmeal shake, and PWO with my whey, and at night before bed with my caesin anyways. I'm pumped.

So it has a higher bioavailability of whey isolate?
Why is it 11 grams per serving?


The absorption is a lot higher, and it has an improved effect on muscle recovery, so not as much is needed to achieve even better results.
