aright guys, so i recently got my hands on primordialperformance.com's sweet serum and vitaberry... ill give an account of both products to you as iv experience them
SWEET SERUM
this stuff is great.. the bottle says one serving of this stuff is equivlent to 5 servings of sugar.. they dont lie.. iv added it to my tea and my oats with great success.. the carbs are low and the sweets are natural.. a tablespoon of it comes out to be 2-3g of carbs.. nothing that will impact your insulin levels to a degree of worry.. this is not a product for keto dieters though...
i also made their teriyaki for my chicken breast.. the link for the recipe is below...

VITABERRY
everyone knows me to be a whole foods type of guy.. thats why i like this vitaberry.. when you read the nutrition facts, its nothing but berries, in powder form, without all that extra crap... its all antioxidants in this stuff... and it adds taste to your protien shake...
there comes a cost with this.. if you try to mix it in a cup with a spoon, it'll clump up.. i found that adding it to my shake in a blender or a shaker seems to work best with the product... small price to pay for good anti-oxidant suppliment that will flavor your nasty shake... or give it a diff taste if your tired of it and still have much left over
also, i found that sprinkling this stuff on my oats is AMAZING.. it adds flavor to my oats without adding crap to it like artifical flavoring or too many carbs.. one serving of it is 2g of carbs.. not bad at all..
all and all, i found both products favorable in their own right...
the sweet serum bottle is much bigger then the picture on the website leads you to believe, its about the size of a small shampoo bottle.. maybe 500ml? im sure rucker can give you guys an accurate estimate
as of right now, im using my sweet serum on a daily basis... in my tea, oats, and recipies that call for sugar..
i take one scoop of vitaberry with my pwo shake everyday also.. anti-oxidants are important for your body and people dont seem to get enough phytonutrients in their system through fruits, beans, and veggies in the first place.. so this supp would be a great help to those types of people
let me know if you guys have more questions about it..
if your interested in the stuff.. talk to rucker or check out the website...
