3rd cycle: 750 test C / 400 Deca injection question

I have everything in place for this cycle, just waiting on the caber to arrive before I start. This will be my first time with Deca and my first time injecting this much at once, hence my question. My previous cycles I normally injected on Monday and Thursday mornings 250mg test each. Since I'm adding another 325mg to each shot is it better to inject say like this:

Monday - 450 test/deca
Wednesday - 250 test
Friday - 450 test/deca

Or should I just stay to my normal routine of Monday and Thursday and do 575mg each? Was going to rotate between thighs and shoulders which is why I figured the 3 day routine might work best, with the bigger days going into the thighs and lighter day in shoulders. Thoughts??
 
You could inject every other day if you don't mind pinning. I am guessing that your test is 250mg/ml and Deca is 200mg/ml. If that is the case you would just pin 215mg and 115mg EOD of each respectively (or something close to that).

If not you will be fine injecting 2.50ml into large muscles twice a week. There will be a bit of discomfort afterwards but it will go away.

If it were me, I would do EOD.

2.5mL 2x a week is easy peasy mate.

I do 3mL in every body part easily. And that's 850mg worth of hormones..
 
You could do 2 injections on the same day also...

1/ Right quad, left pec
2/ Left quad, right pec
3/ Right glute, left delt
4/ Left glute, right delt

all big muscle groups that can take a fair bit of volume, easy to hit as long as you're slightly flexible and gives plenty of rest between pins

Can't do the glutes unfortunately...freakin back cramps every time I try! Delt and pecs sound like good options and will give me 6 spots to spread it out. Thanks!
 
I watched the video's on ventroglutes and to be honest....I don't get it! Give me a simple picture diagram and I can figure things out...what can I say, I liked popup books as a kid!

Just look at your leg and see where the muscle bulges out.
