day 13

just hit 90kg today..feeling very pumped....little bit puffy.

training is great..felt like my forarms where going 2 pop yesterday training arms..

tren day tomorrow

I just wanna say that it makes me happy that every day, somewhere, someone, out there is enjoying the greatness of juicing and training hardcore
 
day 2:

trained chest and shoulders today..max db incline was 36kg db's
max bench - 100kg
(split routine) max side lateral - 18kg db's (1 arm at a time)
behind head press - 50kg barbell (standing)
rear delt row machine - 65kg
also did calf the bike..

lots of chicken and veg today...just had some beef.. off 2 sleep..give me a week and ill weigh my self..

Think you can make alot more gains without gear for right now. third time bulk and your only max benching 220 lbs.... 80 lb dumbbells on incline?? thats ridiculous, lose the 4 shakes and replace those with meals. get some fast food if you want as your only 86kgs in weight. you should reconsider juicing my friend.

If you actually use your head and read what iv written down you might realize how f..... dumb you sound.. I don't even use shakes..plus that was day 2 of cyp you f... wit..im 2 weeks in now benching 120kg last night..i dont give a shit what weight i push..i go slow and controlled so i feel the muscle working and burning..unlike pin heads that bounce weight around cause they cant go slow....fuck off if you dont have anything positive to say you scum fuck

week 3

just weighed my self at 92kg..

strength is increasing everyday..did some crazy squats the other night and went heavy on the db chest press last night..surprised my self..the pump i get is out of this world..

My goal is to reach 100kg this time..
