4-5 tablespoons of olive oil every day on tren

When I am on a bulking cycle, typically deca/test/perhaps an oral like dbol, I have to eat around 5000 calories for it to work really well. I get enough protein but in order to make it easier on myself I have 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil in my protein shake or I just drink it straight at the end of the day. The taste doesn't really bother me.

My question is what kind of impact does this have on HDL/LDL levels, especially on something like Tren which already rapes your lipids as it is. Is it smart to be doing while on tren? The easy 600 calories is awesome, I love using olive oil.

olive oil is monounsaturated fatty acids. these have been found to lower your total cholesterol and low-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels. Plenty of people replace some of their saturate fat intake with monounsaturated fats like olive oil in hopes of helping reduce their risks of heart disease.

so I'd say keep bulking up . you may also want to try macadamia nut oil, avocados, and of course salmon as healthy fats as well.

imo, once you hit your protein needs, and if your getting enough carbs to fuel your workouts , then healthy fats are a great way to get those extra calories in and much easier then protein being they have twice the amount of calories of either protein or carbs.

Coconut oil will also do wonders for it.

Interesting I was just reading about this today, comparing veggie oil with coconut oil, noting exact same cal content, but coconut oil is saturated fats. I wondered why it was all the rage then.
But great stuff for many other purposes too.
