im at least 40% body fat and i need to know what i should do and what supplemets to take (i know this isn't the supplement forum but still) and what excersises to do and what food to eat plz help if stats are needed plz ask specifically what stats u need cause im still relativley new
 
Bro you have started 5 threads in this forum and 1 in the diet forum all on the same thing..minus the 12 hrs arm work out... everyone of your started threads had great answers in them...why don't you take the advice you were givin and use it. and if your seriusley that confused on lifting and dieting, you may want to think about a PT. with 40 % BF your gonna need a lock tight diet, cardio and i'd do cirduit training due tot he fact that it keeps your HR elevated and still stimulates muscle growth. also personally, i wouldn't use any supp's except vit's till i got my BF down a lil futher, maybe around 20% or so...

Maybe he expects to hear some sort of "magical" way to loose the fat, but the only way is to burn it by doing cardio and eating less calories than you spend.
At that level of bf, you should start loosing it very easy with just cardio and diet. As you get lower and lower %bf, it gets more difficult to burn it, so you may try some supplements at that point (let's say about 18%bf).
