5,000 - 7,000 cal diet?

anybody have any examples of this, ive tried building up my shedule but only got to about 4,000 ? currently on a cycle of dbol and deca/test

i need some calories here is what i got so far

12 egg whites (2 yolks usualy mixed in wit that )
1 1/2 cups oatmeal
Yougurt
Protein sahek
dbol

2 peant butter sandwiches

Subway sandwich double meat roasted chicken on wheat- i know high in sodium but i work

bowl of yougurt
2 (? oz) round eye little steaks

post workout shake ( 50 g n-large)
2 bannanas

3 chicken breasts
oatmeal - IF i can manage to eat it

yougurt
protein shake

the may not seem like a lot of food but i feel like im constnatly eating and feeling full and takign like 3 shits a day. my hours of eating are usually 9:30 am - 11 pm

Im not surprised you're not gaining, your eating ZERO fats outside of your peanut butter sandwich.

Try eating the following extra every day:

- an avacado
- 100g mixed nuts
- at least 4 tablespoons olive oil
- at least 2 tablespoons flax oil
- at least 6 fish oil caps

thats about 1700 cals right there...

try to avoid high carb and high fat meals toegther. I.e. have prot and fat OR prot and carb.
