Endurance cycle - test / deca / eq

Hello,

STATS:

Age: 32 y
Height 190 cm
Weight: 95 kg (a lot of muscle was kept from BB)
BF: 10 %


I have completed around five steroid cycles (stuff: test e/p, eq, tren, dbol, winny, EQ, masteron, etc.. ), but nothing for the last 5 years....

I have been in endurance sports for the last 5 years. Before that, I trained in fitness for around 7-8 years...


Now, I run daily 15-20 km (trailrunning) + cycling + 3x / week full body workout. A lot of exercise (about 25 hours / week).



My goal is not to gain weight (muscle / water / fat), maybe a little reduced the percentage of fat (for 2%)


GOAL: better recovery after hard workouts, bone / joint health, better "feeling" / motivation, etc...


Doses will be lower compared to BB times....
Because I'm getting old/er :) and the recovery is getting a little worse, thinking in that direction....


CYCLE:

TEST: 1:16 week (100-150 mg)
DECA: 1:16 week (150 mg)*
EQ: 1:16 week (250 mg)*

+ maybe added some Sarms for 'endurance'
GW: 20 mg / day
SR9009: 20 mg / day

I would not add HGH or EPO...

PCT:
clomid 50/50/25/25
nolva 40/40/20/20

Aromasin on hand. Maybe add (during / after cycle).

I will probably use `only` TEST & DECA, without EQ. Both around 100-150 mg / week. Just for better recovery after hard (endurance & others) workouts, general health / well-being / bone & joint support.
 
Most likely true (at such low doses).

Although it worked very well for me 5 years ago, but in much higher doses (500 mg + / week).

So now I will go without EQ. "Just" Test & Deca - low dose, around 100-150 mg TEST + 150 mg DECA per week.

80-100 mg TEST E. + 80-100 mg DECA every 5 days
1. week - monday / saturday.......... 2. week - thursday...........3. week - tuesday / sunday...........4. week - friday........etc
Average around 120-150 mg per week


Current status:

- highly increased sex drive (it hasn`t been that high for a couple of years)
- much better overall well-being than in recent months (definitely from TEST & E2 elevation: before that it was below the lower limit + low test for my age, but within a normal range)
- good mental health / no depression
- good blood pressure - twenty-day average blood pressure (measured daily): 124/72
- no acne
- more veins on the shoulders


Weights: 3x per week -> full body workout
Cardio (trail running / running or hiking): 2-3 hours per day / every day
+ other workout: boxing (heavy bag) / plyometrics / core / stretching, etc...

Fat percentage: 1-2% less than at the start
Weight: same as at the start (good sign: muscle ups / fat down)

A fairly strict diet (one cheat meal in the last twenty days). Diet (small - medium calories deficit) with high protein and low / medium carbs & fat.

That's it for now ;)

Time for an update op! hows it going so far? sides? gains? how are you feeling?
 

How did this work out for you? I saw the post late so did not add anything to the conversation.:). I have used a ton of pretty much everything over the years and EQ is my specialty.lol As it is used for race horses for aggression and appetite increase it will show similar results in humans. It does need to be run for at least 12 weeks for optimal results, and with a test base usually at least in my experience was good for an 8-10lbs. gain, but was such good quality it looked more like 20lbs gain. As for endurance, I never found it affected it either way. I know they use it in short races with horses if that makes any sense at all. Just my 2cnts. :). Clenbuterol or ephedrine definiotely helps my cardio, and tren gives me breathing difficulties as far as cardio goes.
 
EQ at such a low dose isn't great. So get rid of EQ. But the rest looks good.

In this situation I agree with you 100%. The EQ at a low level will not do much of anything, and would not help or harm endurance in my opinion. I used to run a ton of EQ and I found out 12 weeks is the minimum to see good results. They say 12-16 weeks is best and after trying this it is definitely accurate. Small gains over time but such good quality they look like twice the weight gained in muscle. That's the EQ I know.:)
 
Did anyone ever answer this question? haha. About the amount of HCG that would be too much per week.

Two or three hours cardio a day?? Wow! Are you one of the Diaz brothers from the UFC? haha just kidding. :)
