5 * 5 explained in 10 lines

Please, someone explains the 5 * 5 in not more than ten lines???

I can find hundreds of threads and links about the 5*5, but after reading all over I still don’t know how I have to do it. Is it 5 workouts in 5 days? or 5 times 5 exercise for every muscle, or 25 supersets for warm-up…

And I guess a lot of guys made the same experience. Maybe I just missed the crucial thread, the one, the first, the thread explaining the principle of 5*5.

Therefore I am desperately asking all you professional guys to post me the principles in a short and understandable version.

E.g.:
1. Training on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
2. Monday Squatting, Warm-up, then first set with x lb weight for y reps. Second set blabla, third set…
3. Increase the weight like this…
And so on…

Or maybe you can explain it with even less than 10 lines

Thanks a lot in advance for giving your help to all the stupid guys like me

why do you need 10 lines or less .. dont like reading ??
but for your sake ill try to explain what i know.

you want to take the core lift for each muscle group (dont think core is the right word) , and do 5 sets x 5 reps then two other excersises for that body part and do 2 sets x 8-10 reps. and each week increase the weight by 5 lbs.

example

bench :
Bench press : 5 sets x 5 reps
incline 2 sets x 8-10 reps
flys 2 sets x 8-10 reps.

you should need much more explanation than that.
