5 Days a Week training help

HEy, so ive been going to the gym for nearly 6 months now and have gained a fair amount of muscle but ive just recently noticed that my muscle gain has come to a complete stop. What can i do to start gaining muscle again? i havent got a gym routine and would have no idea how to start one (chest one day, arms another?). i went to the local gym shop and bought protein and they basically told me "buy this" which was their top selling product. I want to loose body fat as last time i checked i was at 24% and i weighed 85kg.

Can someone please help me with the folowwing:
1) Gym routine for a one week cycle, with what to do and how many reps
2) What protein/pre-workout/tablets and any other form of suppliments should i buy (willing to go on bodybuilding.com and just buy a f*ck load if i have to)
3) HOW DO I LOOSE THIS BODY FAT SO YOU CAN GAIN/SEE MUSCLES?!?!!?

That's quite a tall order my friend! First of all what are your specs? Second, before you buy any supplements you need to have a solid diet. You've got to set a goal for what you want to do and you can design your diet to meet those needs. Supplements can only do about 1/8th of what real food can do for you. Do a little research before you hit up the supplement store next time. Most of the sales people have specific sales goals they need to meet so they will try to sell you the highest price stuff and may suggest things you don't actually need. So give me a rundown of what it is exactly you want to do, and what you are currently doing in the gym. Also toss your diet out here for reference.

Get your diet up here, that is going to be the source of most your problems. And stay out of those supplement stores and most gym nutritionists. So many posers. Look online at forums, that way you can literally check someones post history and see if they actually have a history of good comments or results.
 
^^x2, I like working out one major muscle/day, if you want to lose fat then you need deit plus cardio
