Had you beat when I was 18 and natty! LOL.

Granted, I'm what has been referred to lovingly as a 'pituitary freak' by Charlie B. :p

Just try to work on that breathing! It's probably too late at this point for the upcoming meet, but it just takes one time of passing the F out with a couple hundred pounds on you to make you rethink things lol.

Your intensity is good, you have great support, and your technique looks solid. The trick I've found is to just visualize that shit over and over, find a song that you can use to sync your thoughts to (Metallica's "One" was mine), and build a routine with it. Good grief, I STILL shake my hands the same way on every barbell lift that I learned over twenty years ago to clear my mind. It really helps to make things mechanical - so there's less of your mind fucking things up, and more of just you with the iron.

I'd wish you luck, but you don't need it. ;)

My .02c :)

Alright you uninterested dicks ill tell you anyway i hold the record in the american deadlift as a single lift i bombed on my bench record attempt but still walked out with a trophy and best lifter for submasters :gives:

I'm a bodybuilder and squat 550...bench is weak, maybe 400 max but I could easily pull 600+ at 220lbs...

How is that powerlifting???

It's novice powerlifting, which you could certainly compete in. It's breaking into the 1900-2200 classes that would be where things get interesting, and very few bodybuilders can succeed without changing training significantly.

One can be good at both. ;)

Bunch of negative fucks that dont do shit in real life but wanna shit on someone thats doing what he lobes and only for 7 months. Ill be in vegas nationals by next year and i will climb up numbers
