5+ month long cycle plan - using test/primo/deca

Roush

I am banned!
Goal - -put on 15 lbs of lean clean dense muscle mass

I'm on TRT and am going start this with a just above TRT dose of test and then run primo.. then finish off with adding in deca (at which point I'll up my test).

Test Cyp 250 mg every 5th day - weeks 1-10
Primobolan E at 400-500 a week - 100 mg injected eod - weeks 1-22
Deca at 450 mg a week - weeks 10-22
Test cyp bumped to 600 mg a week - weeks 10-22 (then back to 200 mg a week after)

AI - anastrozole - I usually run .5 mg eod on cycle with high test.. but the start of this cycle is moderate amount of test, plus Primo which does not convert to estrogen and is somewhat anti-estogenic.. so I was thinking .5 mg every 3rd day-- what you think?
I'll get bloods done 5 weeks in and see where estrodial is

Also being primo is dht based, I was thinking of running dutesteride at .5 mg eod to help with possible mpb sides.

Note: Most guys would probably start the cyle off with the deca on the front side, and not end it at the back side.. my reason for having it at the back end is that my last cycle was deca and I want to give it time before I take the compound again.. plus if I haven't gotten closer to my mass gain goals half way through, I know deca always helps me add the mass.

Note: I was thinking NPP may be a slightly better option, but I already have deca on hand

Note: The Primo dose may be on the low end,, but I'm running it 22 weeks.. plus, from my last cycle experience I really think I want to use just enough of the compound to get results without going much past the threshold

Any thoughts and suggestions or tweaks on this cycle is much appreciated

You know we need stats bud.

I've done two previous cycles (test/deca).. my diet is a lean bulk designed by 3J.. My training is dialed in and consistent.. I gave up cardio and endurnace training awhile back, took up weight training and have put on 40 lbs since then.

So you don't do any cardio at all?

I usually don't do cardio while on cycle.. I am doing cardio right now though,, I started when my last deca cycle ended.. I do 35 mins on the bike or treadmill mid morning.. then I lift in the evening.
I'm 80 ecto 20 meso frame.. so too much cardio and I lean out too quick.

Being this proposed cycle is a lean steady bulking cycle I may continue the cardio.. not sure though.. When I'm on cycle my intensity level is pretty high in the gym and definitely getting an aerobic wo along with the lifting

note: when I said I gave up cardio and endurance training awhile back.. what I meant was I was into long distance running and cycling,, not so much weight lifting. I gave up that type of training and took up lifting and fitness

guy on the left is me doing too much cardio.. guy on the right was after quitting that and lifting for 6 months

Well you absolutely don't need cardio to proceed with lean gains it just depends on the person. I for one can do well if i'm doing very light cardio for up to 30min/day but anything more than that and i start getting ravenously hungry.

When I want to bulk I'll increase cardio to increase my appetite as i'm not a naturally big eater. As long as your diet is in check, and with 3J it will be, than you'll be fine with very limited cardio.

I'll be running a long primo cycle very shortly so i'm curious how yours goes

My last cycle I trained heavy with no cardio.. I gained 20 lbs in 10 weeks and stayed fairly lean.. I kept all of it but 2 lbs of water weight I shed with diuretics after cycle.
I'm looking at gaining 15 lbs on the above noted cycle in 6 months.. The challenge is I want to try and do it while lowering my bf %.. So I'll prob have to throw in some cardio this cycle.. Prob have to have some weeks where I'm at a small calorie deficit as well, primo still works well with cutting diets..

Concerning adding dutesteride for 6 months on this cycle.. Has anyone used it and benefited,, or the opposite and had negative sides??

If I were you I'd lean bulk up 20lbs and then cut some bf at the end.

It's just so much easier knowing exactly where you're calories should be rather than trying to recomp (which is so much trial and error usually with insignificant results)

You've got lots of time on this cycle to effectively do both
