I would look at 3Js sticky and modify the quantities of his bulking diet BUT I've gotta ask what makes you think you need 5000 kcals? That's an enormous amount of calories and almost probably not needed if your eating right. I'd suggest reading post one of his sticky and starting there.

O one2nv New member Mar 28, 2011 #6 Ive read somewhere to work out roughly wot cal intake you need you x your lbs by 20? dont know how acurate this is? Im currently about 230lbs so I figured if I wanted to reach 240ish I would need around 5000 cals based on the above method?
