5000 calories a day

im 5'8 about 200pounds real stocky..

500mg of test e weekly
160mg of paraboln weekly
50mg dbol daily
50mg porviron daily

i eat 6-8 meals a day counting the gainer shakes come out to be around 5k calories daily and no more then 250 to 300 grams of protein a day
 
Sounds like it would be spot on to me.
The diet gurus will want to see your diet. I think that would be perfect to gain from.
 
if can get it in without eating shit like deep fried everything, then yes great amount.
i bulk easly at 4500 and waight more then you at 1' less in hight but not everyones system is the same. if you start gainning alot of fat drop about 300cals ed or more till you find the sweet spot.
 
I weigh 275lbs and have never eaten over 4200 calories to bulk. Even on cycle....

good advice.. though i would start low and work my way up 300 cal
