Hello all,
I am thinking about getting on a cycle of test c for 16 weeks. I have never used a cycle, but I have done some research and I'm still unsure about things.
What would be a good pct protocol after my cycle is over? I'm a competitive powerlifter, so my goal is to get as strong as possible and to keep my gains.
I will probably get on my first cycle sometime in July. I just turned 21 today and have really been thinking of taking my training to the next level. I have been lifting since I was 17 and have built a decent base. I'm 5'10", 215lbs and around 17%bf. My current lifts are around a 570 squat, 340 Bench, and between a 585 and 610 deadlift.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
