5times 5 progress question

it means if you were benching say 200 for 5 x 5 but you can't 205 for 5 x 5..go to a 3x 3 scheme or change to a 5 x 3 scheme on the bench at the wt you couldnt get for 5 x 5 ...still increase your wt by 5 lbs every week while you do the new scheme..

so that means that i shouldnt change my exercise ,,,but honestly i think changing my exercises every now and then a better idea than struggling in a 5times 3 routine ...any other opinions ?
 
by changing the reps and wt that is changing the excercise...if you want to put more wt on the bar then cahnge to a 5 x 3 or 3x 3 system...or if fell changing your excercise is better for you then do that..go from say a flat bench to incline...and stay on the 5x5 ...what exercises are you stuck on anyways???
 
also when you change to a 5 x 3 or 3x3 system you stay on it for a long time just 3 or 4 weeks then you go back to the wt you were stuck on in the 5 x 5 lift and go at again...so i the example i gave drop 205 to lets say a 5 x 3 you work up to 215 in 3 weeks on week 4 you go back to 205 on the 5 x 5 scheme...

i cant get i thought that if for ex i plateaued at 215 at 5 times 5 ,,,i will try doing that for maybe 3 sets only or 5 sets of 3reps right and not lowering my weight ,,,i am stuck on the squats ,,barbell inclined bench press,,standing curls,,skull crushers ,,deadlifts,,peace
 
WOW...thats every major lift..yea just go to a 5 x 3 for a few weeks then come back to the 5 x 5 and try and hit those wt's you were stuck on...you should blow right through them the next time...
