Im going for 5x12-15 on everything. Im about to be on AAS and just gonna shred!!! I dont recommend doing it without a partner/trainer. You will die! Drinking protein throughout workout is essential. However, I workout for 2- 2 1/2 hours a a day. I use to do 3 sets 10/8/6 reps and stayed the same. Im growing really fast doing this and recommend trying it out and changing up your routine. Ohh and legs like extentions and curls, i do 5 sets of 20. I am working out with a guy who is going to win Mr. Olympia and I am usually passing out right after my post workout nutrition.
