5x5 Q?

remeber to get plenty of quality calories and rest in you and you sahould see results..just like any routine we all respond differently..give it 8-10 weeks..if you re not happy then look for something else
 
i got pretty good results wiht the 5x5 but then hit a plateau. so i switched it up and still upping my weight. so definitly try it out for a few months and if it doesnt work out, look for another routine.
