5x5 question, help?

Is it possible to do a 5x5 with a split like this:

Monday: Chest/Triceps/Abs
Tuesday: Back/Biceps
Weds: Rest or cardio
Thurs: Legs/Shoulders/Abs
Friday: Light full body work out

??? Just curious, I started it this week and just wondering if it will benefit me.
 
are you tryin to build mass, or goin for endurance?

Well I read when someone uses the 5x5 its for mass, but also allows you to smash down your plateaus on bench/deadlift and other exercises that a person is stuck at. I was just wondering if the split I am using will allow for me to grow and make gains at the gym because I am stalled at certain weights.
