i have a problem with concentration (and slightly with energy levels). i was wondering if i could split my workouts as below so i could concentrate on 1 muscle group and be in and out of the gym with full concentration:
m: chest
t: biceps
w: shoulders
r: back
f: triceps
s: legs
s: off
maybe switch up back and biceps
m: chest
t: biceps
w: shoulders
