Hematocrit: 50 (37.5-51.0)

Recent labs - 6 months in:
Testosterone: 659 (348-1197) tested on day 7 in my trough before next shot.
Estradiol: 42.5 (7.6-42.6)
Bilirubin: 1.4 (0.0-1.4)
Hematocrit: 50.7 (37.5-51.0)

A couple of questions:

1.)I'm concerned about my E2. Does the T build up in your system over time causing this increase?
2.) Hematocrit: time to donate blood?

In all I feel very good and very dialed in. I'm a monster in the gym, the brain fog is gone, I'm in a good mood and I have raging boners like a 17 year old. No signs of gyno other than a few body zits that went away a few weeks back.

I welcome all comments/suggestions.

Thanks guys.

Honestly those numbers are just about perfect, especially since you feel great. New clinical trials are coming out an saying since there is no hardcore evidence that high estrogen suppresses libido there is no reason to treat with an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) unless it gets over like 50ish. I have came in a 45 a couple times and I feel great with very few sides, I get an occasional zit or 2 on my back.

I have to say I agree with them, having E just a tad high is not going to hurt anything, in fact it plays a good role in bone health and other things.

I wouldn't change a thing.

As for donating I will never tell someone its not a good idea to go, cause it can never hurt, but your memo is far from outrageous, Dr Morgantaler from Harvard says 55 is when it becomes necessary to get it down or stop TRT.

Yeah. When I saw my high E2 I was shocked because I can cut diamonds with my johnson. I had 15 beers or so the week before my blood test. I betcha that got my E2 up.
