On Friday I pre-filled my cart before the sale since I noticed the site was slow and would probably be even slower during the sale. I was correct; I got the error message when preparing to check out. I then saw on here about a half-hour after 3PM CST that "We will make it right," so I figured I'd just check back here, not knowing I would have to register here and PM RUI within less than an hour of reading the RUI's post. I was on the site at the appointed time, but the RUI was not. I am a new customer to RUI; do you think you can give me a code as well? I do not think I am entitled to anything, so I would very much appreciate it. Thank you.
