Thanks foamy27 I want to make sure you get everything in time. I am now putting tracking codes with every order. For order confirmations which can be checked by logging into the website after your item is swhipped. Also I can do bulk orders at a click of the button. We can supply doctors offices also with all their needs.

We have also notice lately there has been some credit card declines due to our anti-fraud credit card system. I want to everyone to make sure to type in their billing address correctly because if something is a little off their credit card information will be rejected.

Also was wondering if people would like me to add google checkout to the website also? I might do a poll to see if people like paypal or google checkout the most.

Hey direct line, got a quick question for you as im about to place an order through you guys. do you guys ship to Utah? I am in Michigan but my dad lives in Utah. he is having a hard time finding the supplies he needs without paying an arm and a leg.

next question is i was kind going to place an order for him and for myself. kind of like a present I guess. I would like to order his separately and have his shipped right to his door. Do you guys ship to addresses other than the billing address??? no biggie if you dont I will just have him order.

Yes we can ship to anywhere in the USA. Due to the flat rate shipping and being two seperate locations you will have to make two seperate orders.

We do ship to other addresses other than the billing address. Just let us know if there is a issue with your order.

Just last week one order got lost by the post office so I sent out another order. The old order arrived in a smashed up box from the post office. I am glad the person sent me a message letting me know and we asked him to ship the smashed up box. We will give him store credit for the shipping cost of the return product.

So now we use majority of the time UPS which has tracking and confirmations. Usually all orders are shipped in 24 hours. All orders have confirmation even when shipped USPS.

So my brother in law lives in CA. he is also starting some peptides. he ask me where to get his slin pins and BAC from. I directed him to directline.

he called me today, since he is a newb, freaking saying he only got his water and not his pins. I ask him if he got 2 tracking numbers, he said ya, I said well duh dumb newbie your other pack will prolly be here tomorrow. he looked at tracking number and realized i was correct.

dumb newb's I think he placed his order like wed, so that lightning fast.
