i like to eat a wide variety of really good foods i dont like to have mac and cheese and a shake for supper, but to eat 6 meals a day im finding it hard to eat something good all the time, what do you guys normally like to cook?
- i make pbutter toast + a shake in the morning,
- then ill BBQ some hamburgers for lunch a couple hours later
- then a shake and more pbutter toast a cpl hours later
and i end up eating lots of fast food because its fast and easy

what do you guys do for good steady meals throughout the day? meal ideas?

You could eat oatmeal and 6 egg white 2 raw with piece of fruit in the morning, then have your pbj and shake mid morning. Lunch is good with the burgers and veggies. Mid afternoon protein bar or tuna sandwich. Dinner chicken breast with yams or sweet potatoe, later in the evening shake with yogurt egg whites milk and fruit. Then always have your post workout shake when ever you train make it with like 50-60grams of protein bannana. Cottage chhese is a good bulking food.

Also people recommend you eat a lot of carbs early in the day then taper then down throughout the afternoon into the evening. Make sure you get some flax oil too. Oh and if you really want to bulk up put two tea spoons of olive oil in your shakes. It sounds gross but you cant taste it. Also make sure your gettin your omega 3 fatty acids. I eat a lot of salmon plus take fish oil sup's. Roast beef sandwiches are good to they help pack on the beef. Hope this helps.

The following layout is tried and true..... courtesy of my boy LMO...

Meal 1: Pro/Carb
8 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein, 1 cup oatmeal
50g protein / 54g carbs / 5g fat

Meal 2: Pro/Fat
Lean Ground Beef, ¼ cup swiss cheese, green veggies
55g protein / 2g carbs / 20g fat

Meal 3: Pro/Carb
Chicken Breast, 1 and a half cup Brown Rice
55g protein / 64g carbs / 3g Fat
**Disclaimer: Meal 3 can be a pro/fat meal if you are ultra sensitive to carb intake.

Meal 4: Pro/Fat
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 Tbsp Full Fat Mayonnaise, Veggies
60g protein / 2g carbs / 13g Fat

Workout

Meal 5: PWO Nutrition
2 Scoops Whey Protein / 80g of Dextrose
40g protein / 80g carbs / 0g fat

Meal 6: PPWO
Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice (Measured Uncooked)
50g protein / 70g carbs / 3g fat

Meal 7: Pro/Fat
Lean Protein of your choice, 2 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter
50g protein / 5g carbs / 18g fat

Meal 8: Before Bed
3 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1.5 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil

Thats a good meal plan but what about fruit and fatty acids?

Also how does meal 3 have more carbs then meal 6 when meal 3 has 1 and half cup of rice and meal 6 only has a half cup?

Because it's earlier in the day.............

Also, fruit is not the best, loaded with sugar....

Add some BCAA's and leucine into your meals PWO and Pre WO...

Dlove now thats exactly why I made this post. I find your diet incredibly boring only a prisoner could eat like that. and it sounds like youre almost dieting.

wheres the steaks? hamburgers? pastas?

and why would you eat a protein/fat only meal? thats not going to make u grow....

I didn't know prisoners had blenders to make shakes in their cells these days. Actually, Im definitely not dieting the foods I described took me from 205 to 242 over a 3 month period. I eat a steak or a hamburger every day. When I make chicken breast I usually fry it up with basil olive oil put a little lemon over top and eat it along with whole wheat pasta. If your a little guy like under 200 shit eat anything and everything if not you might want to watch what you eat. The list of foods that I mentioned earlier were recommended by an ametuer BBer on this site (Husky Guy) dude is 257 at %BF cant **** with that.

Bulking diet right? I could regurgitate some "clean bulking plan" straight out of Mens Fitness, but I'd be lying to you. Having to diet down in the summer drives me insane so I "bulk" with everything under the sun. Weight gainer shakes, KFC, Subway, BW3, etc daily. I love to pig out all winter. it also motivates me to begin/stay on my diet this spring/summer. plenty of protein and calories is all you need worry about during "bulking". If you're scared of getting "fat", don't bulk.

I agree with ectomorph - Don't try and eat so damn clean every day. Have some variety.

I'd kill myself if i started cutting down and already felt like i had dieted for the last 4 months.

I wish I could get way with the eat anything and everything bulk diet but my BP shoots threw the roof. I really dont like sticking to the lean meats and low fat dairys and veggies all day. It def. gets on my nerves. Even when I just eat 6-7 clea meals a day my BP goes up. Im wondering how many other people have this problem?

Do you do any cardio while bulking? 15-20mins 3 days a week just to warm up before workouts might help...

Im definitely going to start incorporating some cardio next week. Im not even on cycle now and at night heart racing in the morning same thing. My goal was to get my diet in gear then do another bulker. It seems like easting heavier now then was I was on is rough on the body. I don't know how the pro's do it 9 meals a day. Dude their freakin animals. Wish i could get away with that.
Im taking clen right now and sometimes in the first couple of days till my body adjusts to it I get the raised BP so it might be from that. I starting to like clen less and less as time goes on.

There are plenty of fatty acids in that diet, however fruit is something I would include in breakfast or PPWO from time to time. Like stated above, you are bulking and a little fat gain is expected. Mix it up a bit so you don't get bored, but I would rather eat clean and not have to work as hard when cutting time comes around.

I'll post my full guideline in a few minutes that I wrote with this diet
