a DC/squat ??......

many of you know that squats and deads are very beneficial in building the upper body as well as the lower body. squats build nice arms as well as buliding your core. deads also. however, DC training is supposed to be a method in which you gain strength extrememly fast and along with that comes rapid muscle growth. but if squats are very good in gaining size, then why does DC have you do traditional squats ONCE every 14 days?? (pretty sure 14 maybe 13 or 15)

in the routine, theres only one isolated bicep exercise but if squats make your arms bigger, then shouldnt we be doing more squats in that time period??

....really curious.
 
its actually 12 (or at least it was for me).. and he has very good reasoning behind it. read the stuff he has posted on intense muscle.. and you will understand
