hey guys.
im eating 500grm carbs 200gram protein 60gram fat a day.
im 20 5'9 ft 213 lb 14%bf.
do you think thats fine?
my albumin is high and im afraid about my kidneys.
what should i do?
theres a lot of other factors consider(goal, training, etc) you cant just say more protein than carbs is a good diet.. post your meal tell a little about your goal and I´m sure a lot of guys are willing to help.
in general, surplus of proteins are burdensome on kidneys.
Albumin is a type of protein that extant in blood. to much Albumin in blood can damage the kidneys...
Unsure what your goals are, if you want to get leaner and drop bf to under 10% then i would say drop carbs to 300 or so and up protein to 250-280 per day.
