A little advice need/comfirmation?!?

Hi everyone I'm new to taking steroids, well i have taken m1t when i was 18 not knowning or researching what it was, messed up on it and learnt my lesson, anyways been reading up on anavar for about a year now but still unsure wether or not to take anavar for 8week on 50mg ed or just to do a testosterone enanthate cycle at 250mg for 12 week. Here's my details

Am 23 years old being training for 4 years straight now, I'm 5ft5 at 154lb and about 9-10% bf, my diets being on point and consistent and never done a cut before.

My goals for my cycle are 10lb -15lb of lean mass also trim some fat and get more vienier, I also have pretty bad anxiety lol that's why I want to dose low on the cycle what do you guys think, do you think my goal for my anavar only cycle is realistic or not? Or do you think test E would be better? Not looking to be big plus this is going to be my only cycle,

Anavar for 8 week
Clomid for 3 week after plus creatine and tribulus
Liv 52 though out cycle
OTC in cycle support - N2GUARD to take through out??

At your age height and weight. Your diet is not on. You need to be eating a lot more and you will grow. Do a search for an all var cycle and you will see that it is not the way you want to go.
 
Dont do var only. Test e cycle would be your best option, but i wouldnt start until you have more knowledge of what youre gettig into. Possibly eat more
 
Hi thanks for your reply but I have to dis agree with you because when I first started I was around 6 stone and now I'm just under 11 I've hit a plateau and crnt seem to gain or get past my personal records at the gym and just want something mild to get me through it

your not gonna listen so why ask for advice. YOU ARE NOT EATING ENOUGH , steroids cant fix that . if and i say if you fix your diet do a moderate dose of test eth or cyp for 10 - 12 weeks , leave the anavar for people who have a vagina.
 
Dawg is right. There is no way you have your diet in check. You need to eat more. If you are eating 5K calories per day and not gaining, then try 6K. If that doesn't work, then try 7K. It may be hard to eat that much food but that is the way to do it. You may think that you eat a bunch, but your stats prove otherwise. A good investment would be to get with 3J here in the diet forum and work with him. Get your weight up and then if you choose to cycle, then run test only. Anavar only cycle is a bad idea.
 
Lol why you getting aggressive for, I'm asking for advice and am great full for the advice I'm getting so let me put my diet up that I've been sticking too for past couple of year
To maintain I need 2300calories
I've been eating 2700

100g of monkey nuts calories 510 protien 30g carbz 9.2g fats 42.2g
3x Diet whey protien shake 200 calories 31g of protien 0 carbz 3g fat
2x New York bagels 450 calz 17.5g protien 90g carbz 2g fat
2x 150g chicken breast fillets 330 calz 70g protien 0g carbz 2g fat
75g of brown rice 265 calz 5g protien 55g carbz 2.1 g fat
Peppered beef steak 450 calz 40g protien 9g carbz 26g fat

Anything I need to correct on?
 
And thanks rockwell for your advice I've just put my diet up if u think I need work then please let me know and the aggressive bit wasn't to you
 
No one is getting aggressive. I can assure you if anyone here gets aggressive, you will know it. That being said, most your age do not want to hear the truth, and will seek to hear just what they want to hear. 2700 cals is not enough IMO.

And should I just stay natrual and try to improve on my diet?
 
Bro your bmr is around 1700, so 2700 is not really a surplus if you train regularly - its maintenance hence your not growing. Pump it up to 3700 and see what happens.

Since you've gone from 6 to 11 stone your macro's work for you, just add the calories.

Yes stay natural and learn to diet first
 
Ya Zilla but ain't 3700 calz over the top lol I've been gaining like 0.3 - 0.7lb a week and I do full bodies 3 times a week want to stay lean and gain loadsa strength lool

In the meantime, research all you can on AAS so that when you really are ready to do a cycle, you will know everything you need to know. Too many young kids jump in head first and get all fucked up. There is a ton of info here. Also a diet section where you can get help.

If you are eating quality food and training hard, you are not gunna just put on fat. And a little fat is fine. You can trim that way after building some mass.

Bro your saying you want to get stronger but not bigger right?
Strength and mass are 2 completely different goals! Why the hell are you full body workouts for strength??? Try some 5x5's, supersets, train until failure, body splits, etc. Give us your routine to see what's fucked.
 
Yeah true lol that's why I posted I just wanted something to get though my plateau but if you guys think I should wait then I think I will and I have I read up on testosterone enanthate and anavar also testosterone cyphinate, and do you guys think my anxiety will be an issue when I am ready to cycle?
 
And ripped Zilla I'm want lean mass and strength my strength isn't an issue because I keep getting stronger but my mass is a issue lol I want a hard physic and want to be veiny as hell lol
